Minkov Brothers

Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar – Tradition since 1875, with the mission to become a synonym for high quality and uniqueness.

At 10 or 15 kilometres west of Karnobat, near the Burgas-Sofia road, you can see the Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar rising neatly on a hill surrounded by vineyards. Its architecture pleases the eye at first sight – an elegant retro style balanced out by some modern elements implying the comfort and discreet luxury inside.

Edoardo Miroglio

Edoardo Miroglio winery is located in the Thracian valley in the village ofElenovo, on 22 km. From Nova Zagora. The winery is surrounded by vineyards spreading on rolling hills, a lake and green lawns, which provide excellent conditions for the development of wine tourism.

Sintica Winery

Sintica Winery is a modern combination between tradition and innovation. Within the complex are preserved many rare and exotic plant species-Ginkobiloba, Parnar, olives, cypresses, palms, citrus trees, Persimmon and others. The landscape has not changed, just a new construction has been built in this truly harmonious botanical garden. Built as a classical mansion cellar, including also the production of elite wines and opportunities for wine tourism, recreation and business meetings, the complex is completed by a new spa-hotel adjacent to it with two swimming pools and recreation area.

Chateau Copsa

Chateau Copsa is a family winery, situated in the Thracian Region of Bulgarian, in the heart of the famous Rose Valley. Copsa Winery and Chateau is one of the few family wineries in Bulgaria that completely covers the definition “domain grown and bottled” – we have our own vineyards, modern equipped winery and laboratory, and a wine cellar for maturing of our wines. The winery is established in 1998 by family Minkov and later in 2008 was build the imposing Chateau Copsa.

Stema Starosel

Stema Starosel Winery is located in the village of Starosel – 40 km north-west from the city of Plovdiv. STEMA Starosel Wine Cellar was founded in 2009 in the region of Starosel, Bulgaria. It is in the municipality of the city of Plovdiv - the Cultural Capital of Europe 2019.The winery has 10 ha of own vineyards, having the following grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Misket and Rkatsiteli. Black Sea Gold Pomorie

Black Sea Gold production facilities are located at three sites: a wine cellar in the town of Pomorie with two plots, and a second winery in the village of Kableshkovo, close to Pomorie. The Pomorie winery is specialized in production of red wines and wine brandy, the Kableshkovo winery is producing exclusively white wines. Bottling facilities are in Pomorie only

Black Sea Gold is a winery established in 1932 in the town of Pomorie. It possesses 650 hectares of own vineyards in the Southern Black Sea Coast region planted with international and local grape varieties.

Uva Nestum Winery

Uva Nestum Winery has at its disposal a 10 – decar arable land where the vineyards have been planted. In the vineyards, planted a couple of years ago, different varieties of grapes have been grown, such as: Cabernet Fran, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Rubin; in the rest, recently planted vineyards – the variety of grapes Syrah.

Orbelus Organic Winery

The ORBELUS project began in 2000 when the first 96 dka of land were acquired in the territory of Kapatovo, a village situated in the Struma Valley, at the foot of the mountain of Pirin. The mountain also gave to the brand its name – ORBELUS, as it was called by the Thracians who inhabited the region in the past.
