Domaine Marash is another new name among the Bulgarian wine producers; it appeared on the market in 2009. The winery is named after the Marash Mountain Pass (Marashki Prohod) in the Balkan Mountains and after a local spot in close vicinity to the town of Straldzha. “Domain Marash” is a modern high-class wine cellar, where high-quality wines and spirits are being produced. The cellar has eco-friendly areas planted with vines, used for the production of traditional Straldja wines and spirits by a classical technology. They are distinguished from others by the fact that they select very carefully the grapes and fruits that we work with and rely on their quality and optimum picking time.
