Light Castle Winery has 56 ha of vineyards, specially planted with high-quality certified planting material. The vineyards feature seven distinct red wine varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Sangiovese, Tempranillo. They were selected by a team of professional agronomists and regional vine-growers, whose selection was done according to the soil and climate conditions of our region.

With this amazing conditions and superb quality vine plants, Light Castle Winery has the hard and prestigious task of producing the best high quality Bulgarian red wines, with superb taste, aroma and overall characteristics and last but not least the great pro-health effects.
Since 2009, Light Castle Winery has started bio certification, and the winery will be the first 100% organic Bulgarian winery.
