Tasting Room

The winery of Zlaten Rozhen is located in the village of Kapatovo, in a land property of approximately 4000 m2. The winery is a modern architectural complex, with a fully completed production cycle, starting with grapes and ending at the bottle of wine. It is equipped with the most modern fermentation facilities with options to optimize and control all processes of vinification, maturing, stabilization and bottling of the wines. It handles the grapes yielded by the vines, reaching a capacity of 150 tons annually.

Chateau Windy Hills is situated 12 km west of Sliven, on the main road Sofia – Bourgas, close to the Sliven Mineral Baths. 

The winery is designed for processing 500 tons of grapes in a closed technological cycle. There is a tasting room with 25 seats for guests to taste the unique flavors of wines.

The boutique hotel Soli Invicto (The Unconquerable Sun) soars above the Edoardo Miroglio wine cellar with its 10 elegantly-furnished rooms, tasting room, restaurant, lobby bar and outdoor swimming pool. Hotel Soli Invicto offers 7 studios and 3 suites which are individually furnished with antique and contemporary furniture. Bearing the names of various Bulgarian grape varieties rooms carry their occupants in different parts of the world.

Chateau Copsa is a family winery, situated in the Thracian Region of Bulgarian, in the heart of the famous Rose Valley. Copsa Winery and Chateau is one of the few family wineries in Bulgaria that completely covers the definition “domain grown and bottled” – we have our own vineyards, modern equipped winery and laboratory, and a wine cellar for maturing of our wines. The winery is established in 1998 by family Minkov and later in 2008 was build the imposing Chateau Copsa.
