Located around the South Sakar Mountain, Chateau Kolarovo is a small boutique winery with a very recent history. It was established in 2009, which is also the year of their first vintage, by Stoyan Stoyanov. Originally from Stara Zagora, his family’s heritage brought him to South Sakar Mountain, and so he decided to purchase 12 ha of old vineyards in the region.
Domain Menada is located in the central part of South Bulgaria - Stara Zagora city, owning an area of more than 426 ha of vineyards. The winery became part of the French holding Belverede in 2002, renamed Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits in July 2015. The winery has the capacity to produce 20 million bottles per year. Since 2005 the processing capacity is over 8000 tons - white & red grapes.
Specialties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot pure varietal wines as well as their blends with local varieties, including Rubin.
Rumelia wine cellar was established in 2006 in the town of Panaguriste. One of the most valuable symbols of the town is the world known Panaguriste golden treasure – a unique monument of the ancient Thracian civilization. The Thracians were known as famous and crafty wine makers, a witness of which was Omir. We do appreciate the proven traditions of the past in the art and secrecy of wine making and combine it with modern equipment and technology in order to propose own style and distinguished character of our wines.
“Villa Lyubimets” is a trademark of “Villa Lyubimets” ЕООD, registered in 2005. The company owns 5000 decares of new vineyards in the two towns' regions. The specially selected varieties of grapes are cultivated by the latest viticultural techniques and under strict technological supervision. Maryan winery is named after the village of Maryan, where with much love and dedication its oenologists make their wines.

The equipment is specially made for Marya winery and is a winery by the traditional technology for production of red and white wines.

Bratanov Winery is a small family-run project – the result of the hard work and devotion of a father and his sons, who have set out the honorable mission to restore the ancestral tradition. The foundations were set in 2006 with planting the 24 ha of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Rubin, Chardonnay and Tamianka.
Midalidare Restaurant has 40 seats indoor and additional 60 seats in the summer garden. It offers the warm and cozy atmosphere that is suitable for family, romantic and friendly gatherings. The Vintage restaurant is open not only for hotel guests but also for Winery visitors that have decided to combine wine tasting with delicious cuisine. From the Wine List you will be able to choose from white, red and rosé wines produced by Midalidare Estate as well as limited series that are offered only at the restaurant.
Midalidare Hotel & SPA is situated in the center of Mogilovo village between the two Wine Cellars of Midalidare Estate. The building dates back to 1886 and has a long history. Nowadays, decades later, the old school of Mogilovo is transformed into a cozy place for our guests. The newly built section of the Spa offers a good SPA vacation not only for the hotel guests but to all that have decided to combine a good wine tasting with relaxation and spa procedures.
