Winery "Wine Union" is specialized in producing high-quality white, red and rosé wines. They have our own laboratory, fermentation room and bottling workshop. Their wine-cellar is located underground with an area of 500 sq. m.. The temperature in the wine cellar is always between 12 and 14 degrees centigrade for the best storage of both barrels and wine. They equipped their winery with modern wine production technology - Bulgarian, as well as Italian.
Wine cellar “Manastira” is specialized in producing high-quality wines. It is located in southern Bulgaria, 25 km. away Pazardzhik city, in a deep valley surrounded by the slopes of Sredna Gora, near Topolnitsa River, in the village of Lesichovo. Rumelia wine cellar was established in 2006 in the town of Panaguriste. One of the most valuable symbols of the town is the world known Panaguriste golden treasure – a unique monument of the ancient Thracian civilization. The Thracians were known as famous and crafty wine makers, a witness of which was Omir. We do appreciate the proven traditions of the past in the art and secrecy of wine making and combine it with modern equipment and technology in order to propose own style and distinguished character of our wines.

Aronia-Agro Ltd is a company established in 1995 and oriented in wholesale trading. From 2002 the firm started to grow the plantations of Aronia and produce an organic juice from Aronia and make Aronia wines.
Aronia wines have more healing properties than the wine from grapes because the fruit of Aronia contains five times more polyphenol compounds than the grapes. Aronia wines are young red wines of high-quality grapes and organically grown fruit Aronia (chokeberry).
Bratanov Winery is a small family-run project – the result of the hard work and devotion of a father and his sons, who have set out the honorable mission to restore the ancestral tradition. The foundations were set in 2006 with planting the 24 ha of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Rubin, Chardonnay and Tamianka.
Balar winery is in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards which ensures the preservation of all qualitative characteristics of the grapes from the beginning of the vinification process. The winery’s capacity is 50 tonnes of grapes per annum.
Balar Estate Winery applies traditional winemaking techniques using a significant amount of dedicated manual labour, as it further enhances the quality of our red wines.The young wine matures in 225-litre French oak barrels and is aged further in bottles in an underground cellar of constant temperature and controlled air humidity.
Midalidare Restaurant has 40 seats indoor and additional 60 seats in the summer garden. It offers the warm and cozy atmosphere that is suitable for family, romantic and friendly gatherings. The Vintage restaurant is open not only for hotel guests but also for Winery visitors that have decided to combine wine tasting with delicious cuisine. From the Wine List you will be able to choose from white, red and rosé wines produced by Midalidare Estate as well as limited series that are offered only at the restaurant.
