The winery was established in 2013. Vinified grape varieties from the own vineyards are Vrachanski Misket, Varnenski Misket, Muscat Ottonel, Traminer, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir and others.

The Rossidi winery stands out among other Bulgarian producers by showing a remarkable difference in attitude and artistry, which is incorporated into all their winemaking. The winery takes its name from the names of the owners – both Rosie and Eddie.

Rossidi’s philosophy can be described simply: “wine needs to reflect the terroir it comes from, as well as the main features of the variety it is made of; it should not be a commercial product deliberately shaped by high-tech equipment to match the current fashionable tastes.”

Yamantiev's  winery has been found in 1969 in the heart of Rhodoppe Mountain in South Bulgaria, close to the Greek Border.  Abandoned after the collapse of Socialism in 1989, the winery was initially rented by Yamantiev's family in 1997 and bought in 2000. Having deep venous roots Yamantievs  embarked on a very ambitious program of renovation and modernisation. During refurbishment in the winery ancient Roman mosaics were found establishing a link with a Roman Villa dating back two thousand years.

Winery "Wine Union" is specialized in producing high-quality white, red and rosé wines. They have our own laboratory, fermentation room and bottling workshop. Their wine-cellar is located underground with an area of 500 sq. m.. The temperature in the wine cellar is always between 12 and 14 degrees centigrade for the best storage of both barrels and wine. They equipped their winery with modern wine production technology - Bulgarian, as well as Italian.

Balar winery is in the immediate vicinity of the vineyards which ensures the preservation of all qualitative characteristics of the grapes from the beginning of the vinification process. The winery’s capacity is 50 tonnes of grapes per annum.

Balar Estate Winery applies traditional winemaking techniques using a significant amount of dedicated manual labour, as it further enhances the quality of our red wines.The young wine matures in 225-litre French oak barrels and is aged further in bottles in an underground cellar of constant temperature and controlled air humidity.

Midalidare Restaurant has 40 seats indoor and additional 60 seats in the summer garden. It offers the warm and cozy atmosphere that is suitable for family, romantic and friendly gatherings. The Vintage restaurant is open not only for hotel guests but also for Winery visitors that have decided to combine wine tasting with delicious cuisine. From the Wine List you will be able to choose from white, red and rosé wines produced by Midalidare Estate as well as limited series that are offered only at the restaurant.

Midalidare Estate is a project of the Kazakhstani businessman Eugene Yusupov. Although he is not living in Bulgaria himself, his love for history, good wine and beautiful nature made him invest in Mogilovo village. A few years later and many more hours of hard labor transformed Midalidare into attractive destination for wine tourism.

“Khan Krum” Wine Cellar was opened back in 1939, when part of vineyard owners in the village of Khan Krum found their own vine - growing and wine - making cooperation. A wine cellar of classic type with concrete reservoirs was built on an area of 30 decares.

Winery “Tsarev Brod” is located in the village of Tsarev Brod, Shumen Municipality in the close of the only rock lay in Europe –Madara Raider which is an object of a cultural and natural heritage of UNESCO.

The project for the winery starts in year 2001 when the family of agronomists planted the first ha of vine farming ,in the present moment it reaches 27 ha. They are people close to the land and they realize that to build cellar and buildings is easy and fast but perennial plants need time and systemic care. Raw material - is the key of a future winery.

Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar – Tradition since 1875, with the mission to become a synonym for high quality and uniqueness.

At 10 or 15 kilometres west of Karnobat, near the Burgas-Sofia road, you can see the Minkov Brothers Wine Cellar rising neatly on a hill surrounded by vineyards. Its architecture pleases the eye at first sight – an elegant retro style balanced out by some modern elements implying the comfort and discreet luxury inside.
