White Wine

The Eolis Winery is located near the village of Malko Gradishte in the Lyubimets PDO region, in the outskirts of the Eastern Rhodope.

The winery holds and cultivates 700 Ha of private vineyards in the region Nayden Gerovo village. The grape varieties grown there include both traditional Bulgarian ones and country/region unique varieties such as Dornfelder, Regent and Glera. Wines of those varieties will soon be released on the market.

The winery has been refurbished and equipped with technology and facilities aided by an investment of over BGN 4,4 million. This is an advanced technological winery with technical facilities that are unique for the country, equipped in compliance with the latest world standards.

Vinex Slavyantsi consists of four wine-cellars: Slavyantsi, Sungurlare, Lozarevo, Chernitsa and Karnobat. Using highly efficient technologies and employing qualified personnel the company produces about 150 000 hectoliters of wine, vermouth and rakia per year. The volume capacity is 300 000 hectoliters, including 200 000 hectoliters for preliminary wine production and 1600 oak barrels with volume 200dm³. 

 LOVICO SUHINDOL Winery is a direct successor to the oldest vine-growing and winemaking cooperative on the Balkans.  As early as 1909 the founder Marko Vachkov brought together the local vine-growers, winemakers, and their families.

Chateau Windy Hills is situated 12 km west of Sliven, on the main road Sofia – Bourgas, close to the Sliven Mineral Baths. 

The winery is designed for processing 500 tons of grapes in a closed technological cycle. There is a tasting room with 25 seats for guests to taste the unique flavors of wines.

The Rousse Wine House specializes in boutique series of wines, each consisting of 2000 up to 15 000 bottles. It was founded in 2005 by the brothers Plamen Bobokov and Atanas Bobokov, joined by Tsanko Stanchev – an enologist with 25 years of experience in wine making. The House is arranged in a unique fortification structure dating back almost 200 years, and its setting up has been intended to preserve the traditions and expertise in the field of wine-trade in the Ruse region. 

Chateau de Val was founded in 1998 by Mr. Val Markoff with the intention to revive the tradition in the region of Vidin and to restore the long-forgotten quality and unique wine. Chateau de Val produces natural red and white wines of high quality.

Since its establishment in 1948, Vinex Preslav has remained at the forefront in the production of high-quality wines and spirits. The aim is to preserve a traditional winemaking style, while at the same time continue to perfect the quality of our products by means of modern winemaking techniques.

Varna Winery is located on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, between “Albena” and “Golden Sands”  resorts. The winery is part of a wine tourism complex. The winery is equipped with modern facilities to produce high-quality wines of the leading Italian manufacturers of equipment Enoveneta, Puleo, Alfate. The technology is in line with the latest global trends, with emphasis on manual operations. In the process of processing the grapes and wine are handled carefully and friendly. For the first time in Bulgaria transfer pulps and wine is done by gravity, without the use of pumps.
