Wine Tasting

The winery of Zlaten Rozhen is located in the village of Kapatovo, in a land property of approximately 4000 m2. The winery is a modern architectural complex, with a fully completed production cycle, starting with grapes and ending at the bottle of wine. It is equipped with the most modern fermentation facilities with options to optimize and control all processes of vinification, maturing, stabilization and bottling of the wines. It handles the grapes yielded by the vines, reaching a capacity of 150 tons annually.

The new three-star Boutique Hotel ‘Zlaten Rozhen’ is located in the close vicinity of the Rozhen Monastery, at the center of Rozhen Village and only 6 km from Melnik. Chateau Windy Hills is situated 12 km west of Sliven, on the main road Sofia – Bourgas, close to the Sliven Mineral Baths. 

The winery is designed for processing 500 tons of grapes in a closed technological cycle. There is a tasting room with 25 seats for guests to taste the unique flavors of wines.

“SALLA ESTATE” Winery was established in 2010. It is located in the village of Blaskovo, Municipality of Provadiya. The village finds itself in the heart of the famous Provadiya Plateau Sarta, only 60 km away from Varna. Nearby is the only naturally protected medieval fortress Muhaliysko Kale. In its sheer cliffs is carved the Rock monastery, dated XII – XIV century. While in the Drums Cave, inhabited since the Stone Age if you listen carefully, you can hear each blow sound like an echo of a drum.

Varna Winery is located on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, between “Albena” and “Golden Sands”  resorts. The winery is part of a wine tourism complex. The winery is equipped with modern facilities to produce high-quality wines of the leading Italian manufacturers of equipment Enoveneta, Puleo, Alfate. The technology is in line with the latest global trends, with emphasis on manual operations. In the process of processing the grapes and wine are handled carefully and friendly. For the first time in Bulgaria transfer pulps and wine is done by gravity, without the use of pumps.

Seven Generations Winery is located in Northern Bulgaria, 30 kilometers west from Ruse and 100 kilometers From Bucharest Romania. Set among the rolling hills with panoramic sunset views of the vineyard and Donau River and come to enjoy the historic tasting room and wine restaurant, the luxury appointed three-star hotel and air-conditioned event center. Seven Generations Winery Complex consists of a boutique winery which produces high-quality red wines and Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. 

Damianitza was founded in 1940, just before the Second World War and for over half a century produced wine drawing from the exquisite grape that grew in the pristine areas near Bulgaria's Southern border. When it was purchased in 1997, as part of the country's post-communist privatization process, the winery underwent a dramatic organizational and equipment overhaul to enable it to bring exclusive wines to domestic and international customers. The current bottling capacity is 2 000 000 bottles and Damianitza produces above 1 400 000 on average yearly.

Rosé Restaurant & pizza is the Italian restaurant: an elegant combination of authentic Italian décor, tempting delicious food and surprisingly affordable prices along with romantic atmosphere & charming music.

You are welcome to try specially prepared fresh Italian pasta, various fish dishes and seafood, mouth-watering dishes from chicken, beef or lamb, salads of fresh vegetables with herbs and, of course, obscenely delicious desserts. 

In 2006 Telish started the construction of Castra Rubra Winery which is a real architectural jewel equipped with the latest technologies and equipment meeting our standards for quality and minimal external influence upon grapes and wine.
