Hotel Villa Terres

Villa Terres is a wine and spa tourism complex. The complex is located in the southern part of the village Karabunar, 8 km from the motorway exit "Trakia" on the way to Velingrad. The area is famous for its rich cultural and historical heritage. Karabunar is a village associated with the Thracian - Roman era. Through the village, there was an old Roman road called central or diagonal that came from Belgrade and embarked towards Constantinople. Villa Terres Hotel is an inseparable part of the complex, which offers traditional and international cuisine and cosy atmosphere.

There are 40 seats in the restaurant.

Villa Terres

Winery Villa Terres was built and put into operation in 2013. The capacity of the winery is 100 tons of grapes processed in strict compliance with internationally recognized techniques and practices for wine production and use of high enological products. Grapes are grown and observed until the right moment to harvest . During the annual campaign each cluster is selected and processed manually, then the liquid enters the appropriate court for fermentation. A team of proven professionals handles the wine production process through all stages of fermentation and aging.

Neragora

Neragora’s responsibility towards the local territory means investment and hard work. Passion alone is not enough to make the most of the area and ensure it wins its due acknowledgment. Passion alone is not enough to make such a complex and authentic product as organic wine. It requires effort, preparation, enterprise culture, time and human capital. The Azzolini family decided to bring in some of Italy’s top specialists – oenologists  and agronomists of international renown in the field of organic agriculture. The goal was clear – to make wines of excellence in Chernogorovo.

Santa Sarah

Santa Sarah estate owns 40 hectare of land in the village of Goritza near Pomorie and Nesebar in the Southern part of the Black Sea. A new vineyard with a small and beautifully modern winery will be established there.

80% of Santa Sarah’s wine production is sold in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Belgium and Holland. Most of the 300 000 bottles annual production are the well-established Zar Simeon and Zar Simeon BIN 40 brands, produced each year exclusively for the German market.

Borovitza Winery

Borovitza Winery is situated in the village by the same name and near the rocks of Belogradchik, "Kaleto" fortress, “Magura” cave and “Kozarnika” cave (the oldest remains of modern mankind in Europe were discovered there, older than Neanderthal). As an artisanal winery is oriented mainly toward crafting limited volumes of wines with expressive character and carrying the specifics of the terroir and North-Western Bulgaria is a region that offers good opportunities for growing grapes and wines with distinctive characters.

Rossidi Winery

The Rossidi winery stands out among other Bulgarian producers by showing a remarkable difference in attitude and artistry, which is incorporated into all their winemaking. The winery takes its name from the names of the owners – both Rosie and Eddie.

Rossidi’s philosophy can be described simply: “wine needs to reflect the terroir it comes from, as well as the main features of the variety it is made of; it should not be a commercial product deliberately shaped by high-tech equipment to match the current fashionable tastes.”

Yamantiev's

Yamantiev's  winery has been found in 1969 in the heart of Rhodoppe Mountain in South Bulgaria, close to the Greek Border.  Abandoned after the collapse of Socialism in 1989, the winery was initially rented by Yamantiev's family in 1997 and bought in 2000. Having deep venous roots Yamantievs  embarked on a very ambitious program of renovation and modernisation. During refurbishment in the winery ancient Roman mosaics were found establishing a link with a Roman Villa dating back two thousand years.

Chateau Burgozone

Château Burgozone is one of the few Bulgarian wineries located in immediate proximity to their own vineyards. It is perched on the very bank of the Danube River, over the picturesque island of Esperanto, it bears the name and the spirit of the Roman fortress which was situated on the border of the vineyard complex and provided protection to the Roman Empire from the North.

Chateau Kolarovo

Located around the South Sakar Mountain, Chateau Kolarovo is a small boutique winery with a very recent history. It was established in 2009, which is also the year of their first vintage, by Stoyan Stoyanov. Originally from Stara Zagora, his family’s heritage brought him to South Sakar Mountain, and so he decided to purchase 12 ha of old vineyards in the region.
